The workshop on Operation and supervision of crypto-asset trading markets: Digital Assets – Locked & Looked, held on the morning of 18 December 2025 at Vietnam Television (VTV), served as a high-level policy and industry dialogue, bringing together key stakeholders from both the public and private sectors. Participants included representatives from Vietnamese law enforcement agencies, notably A05 (Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department); the National Cybersecurity Association; and leading global digital asset firms, namely OKX and Tether.
The discussions were structured around three central pillars: the development of advanced digital asset trading infrastructure, global regulatory compliance and anti-financial crime measures, and the strategic implications of digital assets for Vietnam’s evolving digital economy. Through technical presentations and policy-oriented discussions, the workshop provided a comprehensive view of how technological innovation, regulatory oversight, and risk management must interact to ensure the sustainable growth of the digital asset ecosystem.
