Whether he is advising a multinational corporation on a complex cross-border transaction or helping companies navigate the intricacies of local regulations, he approaches each challenge with dedication, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the legal issues at hand.

Prior to joining VTN and Partners, Nghiep worked with two other top-tier business law firms where he gained invaluable experience advising on numerous high-profile projects and transactions.

Nghiep earned his LL.B. degree in Jurisprudence from Hanoi Law University. He is also a member of the Vietnam Lawyers Federation and the Hanoi Bar Association.
