2. Advised and represented Australian investors of Playboy Clubs in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in a commercial arbitrational case against local landlords.
3. Advised Hung Yen K&D in the dispute with Vinatex over land leasing contract.
4. Advised a Singaporean oil and gas dealer in a dispute against a Vietnamese importer and distributor of petroleum products valuing tens of millions of USD.
5. Represented a Taiwanese telecommunications corporation to settle disputes over international goods sale and purchase contracts at the People’s Court of Hanoi.
6. Advised KFC Vietnam in disputes with local landlords.

8. Advised an Irish-invested mining company in Vietnam in a criminal investigation, in which key personnels of the company were investigated and subject to travel ban by local police.
9. Advised Vietnam Economic Times in a contractual dispute with a big
tenant regarding a land leasing contract.
