VTN and Partners was privileged to advise Kita Invest (a member of the Kita Group) for their collaboration with the renowned China Academy of Building Research (CABR) on the design of the CT05 and CT06 developments.  These prestigious projects, under the ultra-luxury GIA by KITA brand, are situated in the Nam Thang Long Urban Area and are poised to redefine contemporary living.

The CT05 and CT06 projects comprise a mixed-use complex featuring 10 forty-story towers, encompassing over 2,000 apartments, penthouses, and shophouses, adjacent to a sprawling 65-hectare park. VTN and Partners played a vital role in supporting and facilitating the signing and executing of the agreement between Kita Group and CABR.

Our broad expertise, encompassing real estate, construction, and related fields, enabled us to support and steer Kita Group throughout this complex undertaking.
