National Portal on Personal Data Protection of Vietnam (“Portal”) is launched and operated by the Department of Cyber Security and High-tech Crime Prevention and Control (A05) under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) in accordance with Article 29 of Decree No. 13 on Personal Data Protection.
The Portal, by the swift action of the Government, is hailed by the community, now on air and running at https://baovedlcn.gov.vn.
The interface is draped in shades of green, symbolizing tranquility, trust, and harmony. The color scheme aims to create a serene browsing atmosphere, encouraging users to delve into the depths of personal data protection with confidence.
A streamlined menu guides you through the various sections of Decree 13, but not thoroughly, ensuring access (limited) to the pool of prevailing local regulations. As some functions are still pending or not working properly, the A05 will surely continue to update and enhance users’ experience.
