北京隆安（广州）律所、越南VTN律所到访司农、国穗，共探中越合作新机遇 | Beijing Longan (Guangzhou) Law Firm and Vietnam’s VTN and Partners Visit Sinong and Guosui to Explore New Opportunities for China-Vietnam Cooperation
On March 27th, lawyers Li Dingbang, Wu Yalan and Dai Wenjun of Beijing Long An (Guangzhou) Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “Long An Law Firm”) and lawyers Nguyen Thanh Nghiep, Luu Hoang Hai and Nguyen Huang Ha of VTN and Partners Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “VTN Law Firm”) visited Sinong and Guosui, and were warmly received by Ji Zhengxiong, senior partner of our firm, He Ying, director of Guosui, Huang Wen, Li Jianye and senior manager Li XiaThe three parties conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as legal and fiscal services, cross-border investment cooperation, and capital market development trends between China and Vietnam.
At the meeting, Mr. Li Dingbang of Long An Law Firm emphasized the importance of exchanges and cooperation between overseas institutions. He mentioned that Vietnam’s capital market is active and presents many new opportunities in the investment field, which is worth paying attention to.
Next, Mr. Nguyen Huang Ha of VTN Law Firm in Vietnam gave a detailed introduction to Vietnam’s investment environment and the advantages of its legal services. VTN Law Firm Vietnam focuses on providing foreign investors with one-stop services such as market entry, compliance operations and dispute resolution in Vietnam, especially in the fields of manufacturing, finance and infrastructure. Subsequently, the representative of our firm introduced in detail the business development of Sinong and Guosui, as well as the future market expansion plan, emphasizing that we will rely on professional auditing, financial and tax services to help Chinese enterprises “go overseas” safely and efficiently. During the exchange session, the three parties had in-depth discussions on topics such as the investment environment and opportunities in Vietnam’s capital market, the regional advantages and preferential policies in different regions of Vietnam, the hotspots of China-Vietnam cooperation, and the challenges and risks of Chinese enterprises “going global”. Issues such as the legal and accounting treatment of China and Vietnam involved in Chinese companies’ investment in Vietnam, as well as the impact of U.S. tariffs on Vietnamese investment, became the focus of discussion.
In the near future, Sinong and Guosui will plan to join hands with Long An Law Firm and Vietnam VTN Law Firm to build an integrated service system of “law-finance and taxation”, integrate resources among the three parties, deepen cooperation through special seminars and field visits, promote bilateral exchanges, provide professional service support for Chinese enterprises to “go global”, and help Chinese enterprises grasp the development opportunities in Southeast Asia and achieve “go global” plan.
