Uyen is Deputy Director at VTN and Partners. She is highly regarded by clients for her expertise in notarizing transactions related to project/asset sales, inheritance, mortgages, and capital contributions. Uyen also has particular expertise in advising on land clearance, investment, and real estate-related project procedures. Before joining VTN and Partners, she worked for several law firms, notary offices, bailiff offices, and other leading Vietnamese companies where she advised on many notable projects and transactions.

Uyen graduated with a LL.B. degree in Jurisprudence from Hanoi Law University.
