Phuong is Partner of VTN and Partners, leveraging over 20 years of experience and profound expertise within the realms of information technology, cybersecurity, and data security prior to embarking on his legal career. Throughout his time as a lawyer, he has garnered remarkable achievements and in-depth proficiency in advising and resolving cases spanning criminal, civil, and administrative matters, especially disputes and cases related to white collar criminal, land, and finance. Before joining VTN and Partners, he had studied and worked in Europe from 1986-2013. 

He earned his MBA degree from European University and an LL.B. degree in Economic Law from Thai Nguyen University. Additionally, he is a proud member of the Vietnam Lawyers Federation and the Hanoi Bar Association, showcasing his unwavering dedication to upholding the utmost standards of professional ethics and excellence within the legal field.
