Mr. Ha is Managing Partner of VTN and Partners. He regularly advises a wide range of Vietnamese and international companies in connection with acquisition and corporate finance transactions as well as significant commercial contracts. He provides pragmatic advice and strategies to meet their challenges and capitalize on their opportunities. He is highly regarded for his strategic, well-researched and creative approaches to both contentious and non-contentious issues.

He maintains a general civil litigation practice, and has experience in a range of areas including corporate and commercial disputes, employment matters, administrative complaints, and contractual claims.

Mr. Ha graduated from Hanoi Law University and is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association. Before founding VTN and Partners, Mr. Ha was an active advisor at the Central Commission for Internal Affairs (“CCIA”) and worked as a senior lawyer at other top-tier business law firms.
