Alexandre Legendre is a Partner at VTN and Partners, advising multinational corporations, private equity investors, and government bodies on corporate, commercial, and finance matters. He brings more than 30 years of legal and executive experience across North America and Southeast Asia, with particular depth in cross-border M&A, inward investment, joint ventures, project financing, and international arbitration.

Alex is member of the Quebec Bar since 1993 and licensed as a foreign lawyer in Vietnam since 2008, Mr. Legendre has been a fixture of the Canadian business community in Hanoi for over 18 years. He currently serves as Country Advisor (Vietnam) for the Canada-ASEAN Business Council (CABC) and previously served as Vice-President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam and on the Government of Vietnam’s Advisory Council for Administrative Procedures Reform (ACAPR).
